Each year over 100 local vendors and exhibitors participate in Hiero Day. Our exhibitors help make the block party fun and exciting, while showing the diversity of our community. Hiero Day is also a great way to build your brand, raise your profile, and generate potential clientele within the Oakland community.
JUST A FEW GUIDELINES...
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and providing the proper permits to engage in business in Oakland.
Vendor rates do not include (health) permit fees.
If you require electricity, please prepare to provide your own generator.
Vendors are prohibited from selling any memorabilia on the celebration site which references Hieroglyphics without agreement with Hieroglyphics prior to selling.
No cannabis sales are permitted.

10 x 10 Vendor Booth Categories $350.00
We welcome artisan, music, small & local business, information and resource Vendors.
Vendor spaces are ten by ten feet (10’ x 10’) and do not include any equipment. All Booths must have a tent for uniformity and for shade. Canopies, Tables, Chairs and Signage are the responsibility of the vendor.
FOOD + BEVERAGE
Our goal is to achieve a broad variety of diverse food choices. if there are multiple vendors of the same type, both parties will be informed. Food Vendors are required to meet all County Department of Health requirements and codes. Open flame vendors are required to have a Full & Working Fire Extinguisher in their booth.
